Richard has always been a 'Natural Healer' and even as a child he was told he had 'a gift' and 'healing hands'. Many say he has a 'healing voice' which is the factor making him such a powerful and sucessful mind therapist as well as an incredible healer. Since his childhood Richard has undertaken many hours of training in several systems of Reiki and has developed his own system - Experiensis Reiki^(TM). He has a firm conviction that he has some very special and powerful friends looking after him, three time he should have died and three times he 'walked away' from death. Richard is sure that these 'powers' are the ones that make him the healer that he is.

Richard is the Kent and SE London Support Network Co-ordinator for the British Institute of Hypnotherapy - mentoring/supervising and aiding other Hypnotherapists all over the county and SE London.

Richard also runs the Cressingham Holistic Centre where he has a thriving Private Practice as well as Cressingham Training, (made up of Hypnotherapy NLPTraining, Lifecoach Training and Reiki Training.org).

Richard has a reputation for rapid and permanent solutions to most problems and has several well known Sports, TV and local personalities amongst is clients, some have seen him for Hypnotherapy, Rapid Mind Therapy(TM) and others for Mindcare Coaching and Experiensis Reiki(TM). Please don't ask who they are, as they are all covered by Confidentiality Ethics and have asked to remain anonymous. The most you will get from him is that they all had everyday problems, (including an eating disorder, phobia, lack of confidence and stress), except the Sports personalities who had problems specific to their progress in performance. All now have their problems no more.

Cressingham Training believes Richard is one of the most skilled therapeutic and teaching hypnotists in the UK. He has worked and trained with an international TV hypnotist who has been an advisor on many 'psychological magic' and 'hypnosis/NLP' TV productions and helped create a life coach series on UK Style TV.

Richard uses his vast store of knowledge and experience to enliven the training sessions with serious, comical and interesting anecdotes all relevant to the topic being taught.

Richard is not just an ordinary Hypnotist - he is also highly regarded for his Pain Management work and helping many people overcome their Stress and Anger, enhancing the quality of their lives dramatically. Richard is a highly gifted healer. He is also an NLP Life Excellence and Business Coach.

He worked for the London Borough of Bexley for 14 years and taught A Level Psychology to a consortium of three schools.
