Payment Policy

We accept telephone card payments, cheque/bank draft and Bank Transfer. Telephone card payments are our preferred option.

If you want to use your PayPal account then please make payments to rwain@cressinghams.co.uk direct from your own PayPal account. We do not accept PayPal for instalment payments due to the high cost of charges.

When you have chosen your course/s decide how you wish to pay and give us a call on 01322 559203 during normal office hours. You may join two or more courses and pay for them on a single Instalment Plan. The phone is also staffed on Saturday. Please see the Contact page for full office hour details.

Our telephone card processing system is by Streamline, part of the Royal Bank of Scotland. We do not hold your card details, they are never written down - you phone us and our receptionist types in your details as you give them, then your card is processed.

Instalment Payment Plans

If you wish to use one of the Instalment Payment Plans you must telephone to book the course or courses, please do not use PayPal.

Instalment plans may be used for Bespoke Courses but payment must be complete 14 days before the course starts.

There are two methods of payment on our Instalment Payment Plans;

Standing order from your bank account
monthly payments by card

. As we do not keep your card details we call you on a pre-set day and you make the payment due. We prefer to take payments on the 1st of each month, (or next working day after the 1st). You may select another day if the 1st is not suitable but this has to be agreed with Richard Wain in person.

Please note that we no longer take post dated cheques.

Any course under £200 does not qualify for extended payments.

All other courses and seminars may be paid over equal monthly payments.

If you join a course which finishes before your last payment you may still pay in instalments after the course but no Certificate/Diploma will be issued until payment is complete. If you make your last payment by cheque on your last attendance day your qualification will be sent when it has cleared.

Businesses buying therapy courses may apply for instalments in certain circumstances.

Please note that payments are rounded up to the nearest £5.00 on all installments.

Administration Fees

Installments of upto 3 months do not incur administration charges. Payments of 4 months and over will have £5.00 added to all monthly payments to cover the costs of administration and the additional card payment fees.

Federation of Small Businesses

All current members of the FSB are entitled to 10% discount on any* Training Courses purchased when paying outright. (We cannot offer the discount if you pay by instalments). Please telephone your booking and have you FSB details ready. Your details will be checked then you will be called back for you to make your payment.
